Refund & Return Policy

Order Cancellations

  • Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.
  • After 24 hours, all sales are final as orders immediately enter processing.
  • Approved cancellations will be refunded within 10 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items (14 Days)

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery.
  • Clear photo evidence must be provided.
  • Packaging damage alone (e.g., dented box with intact product) does not qualify as damage.
  • Once approved, you may return the damaged item for a replacement or refund.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless Healora determines the product was defective upon arrival.

90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

  • Our 90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee is designed to allow proper evaluation of the product’s effectiveness.
  • To qualify for a return under this guarantee:
    • The product must be used consistently for 90 days as directed.
    • If, after 90 days, you are not satisfied with the results, you may request a return.
    • You must provide your order number, proof of purchase, and details of your usage experience.
  • Requests made before the 90-day usage period will not be accepted.
  • Only the first purchase of a product is eligible under this guarantee.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging (including empty containers if applicable).
  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refund Processing

  • Once the return is received and verified, refunds will be processed within 30–40 business days to the original payment method.
  • Refunds are issued in USD. Customers are responsible for any bank, transaction, or currency conversion fees.

Exclusions

  • Change-of-mind returns or taste preferences.
  • Products used for less than 90 days when claiming the satisfaction guarantee.
  • Returns requested after the 14-day (damaged items) or 90-day (satisfaction guarantee) windows.
  • Items damaged through misuse, mishandling, or normal wear and tear.
  • Final Sale items.
